Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love Elia. If something is not right, we want to make it right. Please read our policy below.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date at alex@eliafuel.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or a full refund at our discretion.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of consumable supplement products and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept physical returns of opened products. Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price, minus original shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at alex@eliafuel.com with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund, at your preference.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your building management. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, but we will do our best to assist.
How to Request a Refund
Email alex@eliafuel.com with: (1) your order number, (2) the reason for your request, and (3) any relevant photos if applicable. We respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time before your next billing date by contacting us at alex@eliafuel.com or managing your subscription through your account. Cancellations received after a charge has already processed will be applied to the following billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for subscription orders that have already shipped.
